Accessories for Spring 2012:
The accessories for this coming spring follow the same pattern as the furnishing styles and colors of the upcoming season.They are inspired by African, Asian and Middle Eastern themes. The accessories range has taken the themes of acidic pop colours and wildlife using them to enliven some different types of cushions pr pillows and quirky decorative pieces as well as fabulous oversized artwork.

The clothes trend has followed the same pattern by having the same inspiration and items being over sized. There are ornately decorated purses and over sized bracelets and necklaces.

Warn and comfortable materials and luxurious finishes are among modern interior design trends for 2012. Marble and wood, leather and glass, wool and high quality plastic designs create light, and gender neutral interiors.

Just like the colors for this coming spring the combination of different types of styles and material are popular for this coming spring. Beautiful combination of contemporary, traditional, and exotic materials, various ethnic styles and colors, inspired by African, Asian and Middle Eastern decorating ideas.

This Trend is not only in interiors but it is also in our fashion. An example is a dress by Donna Karan, her inspiration came from tribal motifs. Her combination's combine trendy and traditional looks with a African flare.

Color Trends for Spring 2012

Color Trends for Spring 2012:
This spring the big popular color is the orange Popsicle. It is big in fashion as well as interior design. The other colors that are big this year is the Citrus, Bamboo, Butterrum, and Raspberry (as well as some others). This is a new collection of exuberant shades that bring a fresh new perspective for this coming spring.

Along with these new colors this spring, color blocking is the new fad. An example is a Vince Camuto dress as seen here.The Colors are set along side each other to give a vibrant look.

Another trend with these colors are using multiple prints at once. You can see here in this example of how the use of vibrant colors and multiple patterns can liven up a room.
